The update comes with firmware version NE2211_184.108.40.206(EX01) and requires a download of about 790MB. However, note that only users in the Open Beta program in India are receiving the update, and the rollout should expand to other regions and non-beta users soon. The file size could also be larger for users not enrolled in the beta program.
