The OnePlus 10 Pro launched in January 2022 with Android 12 picked up the Android 13 update last September and is now receiving the stable Android 14 update with OxygenOS 14 on top.
The update comes with firmware version NE2211_14.0.0.202(EX01) and requires a download of about 790MB. However, note that only users in the Open Beta program in India are receiving the update, and the rollout should expand to other regions and non-beta users soon. The file size could also be larger for users not enrolled in the beta program.
The changelog's screenshot posted by the user who received the update reveals it comes with Fluid Cloud, File Dock, Content Extraction, and Smart Cutout. You can check the screenshots below for the complete changelog.
