I personally have 8t it doesn't heat up even under high load the SD 865 is the best chip of snapdragon I've seen so far

Putting everything into perspective if logic is logic, I have the 10 pro, and can honestly say other than it heating to the point where it refuses to do anything and you have to turn it off/screen to cool... no issues. I have also replaced the battery which has been a success so far, the one that was in it was at max half health, and this one needs a little more than over a month to show any sort of result.
Having said all that, I'm keen to know anyone having heating issues which model they have as I have the top model which is 12gb Ram/256GB storage, and whether that has anything to do with phone getting hotter than others with say 8gb/128 GB. I'd also appreciate if there's anyone reading this with a 9 pro? What specs do you have and we might just get down to the bottom of the bullshit, as I am after a phone that can be used reasonably that won't burn my hand let alone its insides. So I am curious to know if there's anyone out there with a 9 pro 12GB/256 without heating issues, count yourselves lucky. Appreciate anyone to reply as this would help alot more than people would realise 😁

Had mine since 2022 and it's the best phone I've ever owned. I'm very glad to hear it's getting Android 16 as it wasn't supposed to.

So i own it for about half month battery is good but not the best MAX 5-6 in 120HZ and 1080p.
Overall is good phone but battery isn't the best.

Battery is useless. Seems to get green line out of nowhere, nobody seems to mention it on internet. And camera lags after launch, terrible for ad hoc video recording. Just go with something else if you can. Do not buy this.

do bot buy this piece of sh#t!. it can get overheat so easily! and i promise you! the battery is not 5000mAh! it is not even 4000mAh! perhaps around 3000mAh!. you will see it with your own eyes how the battery drains! I didn't use any additional apps and I use used 60Hz, still sucks!. the design is ugly and the quality! lol let us not talk about that.

2 yrs now using one plus 10pro and i honestly regret, green line after update and had to replace screen, now another purple line on screen after updating android version 15. it sucks
