ZTE’s subsidiary nubia announced it will update the Red Magic 3 with Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, and now a new top-tier smartphone appears on the horizon. The nubia Z20 was just confirmed to arrive with "better than ever camera" on August 8 at an event in Beijing, China.
Specs about the new flagship are scarce, and we’ve only seen some shots with the camera. Three weeks ago, during a solar eclipse in Chile, Dr. Deng Licai of the Chinese Academy of Sciences took some photos of the cosmic event with the new phone as a teaser.

More images appeared last week, revealing a 12 MP maximum resolution, meaning we should expect a 48 MP snapper with f/1.8 aperture and 27 mm focal length.
Everything else is a mystery, including the memory, the battery, and any screen size whatsoever. We will follow nubia’s account on Weibo for more teasers in the two weeks left until the event.
Light cameras are crap, better put a real big sensor. A long time have passed since a phone with a big one. The challenge is find a ergonomic shape to acomodate a big one and the weigh.
