Nothing Android Firmware Updates

The Nothing OS 2.5.5 released for the Phone (2) (available to buy from Nothing) and Phone (2a) (which you can also purchase from Nothing itself) last month is now seeding for the Phone (1). The biggest highlight of the Nothing OS 2.5.5 update is the ChatGPT integration, which adds new ChatGPT Widgets to the home screen and a button on the screenshot and clipboard pop-up to directly paste content to a new conversation in ChatGPT.

The update also adds an option to apply the Nothing Icon Pack only to the home screen and fixes some bugs. You can check the image below for the update's complete changelog.

This isn't integrated at all it's just a worse version of chatgpts own widget anyone could whip this up in kwgt in seconds. And don'tget me started on how idiotic it is to connect the clipboard to an Internet server. Company needs to...

So the AI voice chat only works with nothing buds, when it could work with any Bluetooth devices? Not so classy move, Nothing. Next time, do better.
