It does. Although I have switched to a Caterpillar S42 Smartphone in late 2021 due to the shutdown of all internet services for the 6303i, I had been using it with different SIMs until them.
Pretty sure the answer is yes. Don't see no reason why it shouldn't, modern SIMs are afaik no different than the ones from 2008.
