I wish I never bought this phone. You can mute yourself on a phone call if you hold your phone next to your head on right. Annoying and just a bad idea for where the mute button is.
The phone is talking to me and I am not psychotic. I don't know how I turned it on but it makes it impossible to go to settings to try and fix it as told to do. My husband keeps saying I should have got an I phone. I may murder him.

the Android 11 update's made the Nokia 1 Plus ever +20% more efficient in its functions ánd performance.
By the way, when did you get your Android 11-update eventually, since our last Q & A-postings ?! 👍 😎

In addition to my former posts to you, I can really assure you that it's an Ace-phone, your Nokia 1 Plus; notably very quick in handling the variables-input, the battery is fairly sufficient ( an 8.5 on a 1 to 10 scale ), it's allround though it's a phone for a small price, so very high bang for buck scores. You have one, better keep it long. Don't have one, then get one fast !

amanisb, 09 Jul 2021Still after one month I am waiting for 2nd wave of Android 11 update for Nokia 1 plus .God kno... moreWell, my opinion of the Nokia 1 Plus is, that it has a very decent battery capacity (2500 mAh) ánd it's fairly fast in its RAM operable tasking. Overall, I find this fine phone to be an 8.5 on a scale from 0 to 10, fairly decent ... especially for thís awesome price tag.

While this phone gets Android 11 the competitors are still stuck on 9 or 10 without having ever recieved an upgrade to a newer version. Well done Nokia for sodtware support flr even the cheapest phones there are.

I last commented on here on the 5th of January 2021 about my Nokia 1 plus touch phone. I just wanted to add that today I received my Android 11 software update on my phone notification. I downloaded the update and got It installed without any issues. The new update has made a real difference with this phone like the performance of the phone is alot better than before. Will continue to use this phone as I have no issues with it so far after the update

john fee, 12 Aug 2020This phone is kinda joke. Samsung A01 core is better.If you hate updates it is, yes. It will be stuck forever with the same software. This phone is getting Android 11, started from Android 9, the Samsung won't. Even the A2 Core is stuck on 8 and was even released a few months later.

This phone is useless .it change animation scale automatically and become unable to use .battery is very weak. NEVER BUY THIS GARBAGE.

Purchased the Nokia 1Plus in November 2019. Used mostly for text and calls. Have had major problems with the phone not charging, obvious problems with the charging port.
Phone only offers 12 months guarantee - I would not recommend this phone to anyone, it is a total drama. When I connect it to charge, it actually loses power. Have just purchased a new battery, didn't make any difference. I wouldn't encourage anyway to purchase a Nokia 1 Plus.
A technician quoted $124.00 for a replacement charging-port which is almost as much as I paid for the phone just over 12 months ago.
Far from happy.

I am well pleased with this phone yes it's a little buggy at times like high price phones can be when contacted by spilt water.The main thing it's reliable, it's useful and in saying that it allows me to make calls very well, I can text and receive text messages and I can watch Netflix on it without any interruptions. So Nokia you've done well particularly with these sort of budget mobile phones. I plan to go cheaper this time with regards to mobile phones and this phone so far has given me something to look forward to
