It's definitely price hike season for smartphones these days. Following Samsung raising its smartphone prices just yesterday, today Google is going the same route for its cheapest Pixel.

So, the Pixel 10a, previously priced at $499, is now $599. Google hasn't announced the move officially, but the new price is live in its online store for the US.
Judging by how component prices keep increasing, these may very well not be the last price hikes we see for these devices. Right now, Google hasn't touched the Pixel 11 family's pricing, but we wouldn't be surprised if that changes too in the coming weeks and months. It's the best time ever to hold on to your existing smartphone, that's for sure.
