Motorola rolls out Android 17 to the Razr Ultra 2026
The latest Motorola device to be graced with an update to Android 17 is the Razr Ultra 2026. This phone is now receiving the latest version of Android in the US.

The update arrives over-the-air as a whopping 4.17GB download, so make sure you grab it over a fast enough network. Once you install it, you will be running software version A171WLH.38-19-5.
The update brings with it "a fresh, expressive design" with reduced clutter, smarter notifications, faster multitasking with more apps being accessible at once, and enhanced security.
You also get Motorola's new Qira AI agent, which was first announced at CES in January, and was confirmed to be part of the Android 17 rollout last month. You can now remap the AI Key's double-tap function, HDR settings now let you "brighten and expand the color range and clarity" of your screen with an "Intensity" slider, and there's now haptic feedback when you dismiss notifications.
