TCL unveils 11" TCL Tab A1 NxtPaper tablet and a kids watch with a robotic cradle

TCL has brought two NxtPaper tablets and a kids smartwatch to IFA. Unlike the new TCL P80 phones, which introduced the first AMOLED-based NxtPaper displays, the tablets rely on LCD.

The A1 Plus is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 with 6GB of RAM and 256GB storage. There is a 10,000mAh battery inside with 33W charging support. This model starts at €300 and there is a 512GB variant for €360.

TCL Kids Watch K5

Since its primary functions are not all that useful while Junior is at home, TCL decided to do something interesting with it – the company built a motorized cradle that turns the watch into a little robot desk accessory that can turn side to side.
