Huawei HarmonyOS

The Huawei Pura X View was soft-launched last week, though it will be officially available in China from August 28. Ahead of the big unveiling, Huawei posted another teaser for its wide-screen smartphone.

The video goes over the Pura X View’s design and its key selling point – the 6.39-inch OLED screen with its unusually wide 16:9.5 aspect ratio. The panel also features uniform 1.05 mm thin bezels and is unlike any other bar phone currently on the market.

We also get more teasers for the phone’s 7,000 mAh battery as well as its 6.68mm thin profile and confirmation of its 201-gram weight. We also know the Pura X View will run HarmonyOS 7, but we still don’t have any confirmation of its chipset and cameras.
