One UI 9 for the Samsung Galaxy A25 is in the works
Samsung released the Android 16-based One UI 8.5 stable update for the Galaxy A25 earlier last month, and now it has started testing One UI 9 for the smartphone.
The Android 17-based One UI 9 test build for the Galaxy A25 spotted on Samsung's server has firmware version A256BXXUCFZF1. However, don't expect to receive One UI 9 beta on the Galaxy A25 anytime soon.
Right now, the One UI 9 beta is only available for the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, and Samsung previously said that the first Galaxy smartphones to run One UI 9 out of the box will be its upcoming foldables - the Galaxy Z Flip8, the Galaxy Z Fold8, and the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra.
Samsung is rumored to unveil these foldables on July 22 at an event in London.
