My phone is under warrenty.Unfortunately,my set is not functioning properly on and from 25th Aug, 14 and thesame was submitted at MicroMax Service Centre,MS CSD INCEPTION,Hatibagan (*E030731-0814-11739759*).The problem was on power key. They returned the set on 27th Aug,14 but it is found that the problem was not solved.And again I resubmited the phone (* E030731-0814-11776183*)for servicing on that very day. On 12th Sep,14 the set was returned to me, but I again found that the problem was not resolved and moreover the LCD flickering problem with some display problem added with the past problems. I resubmitted again (*E030731-0914-12146014*) the phone for repairing on 12 Sep,2014 they informed me on 11.10.14 that my phone is ok and ready for delivery by mail. But when I went to collect it,at that time,they found that call sensor is not working and again kept phone (*E030731-1014-12719951*) with them for further repairing.I am repeatedly requesting them to replace the phone as the parts of the existing set has been changed so many times and perhaps it could not be functioned properly.The Call Center told me that they would take up the matter with the senior one who will talk with me on this matter on 14th oct,2014 but no interaction has been done as yet (*MMX160143583*).On 22 nov they informed me by mail that the “they forwarded complaint to concerned department for further course of action Your Complaint Number is MMX2210144418
.”on 31 oct they told that the mobile is ready for delivery .I went to the service center to take delivery of mobile but I found the Lcd flickering problem in my phone,I did not take delivery of the defective phone .As they failed to repair the phone properly in spite of their repeated attempts. 78 days have already been elapsed .I am experiencing much difficulties for want of my set

micromax and karbonn is worst mobile.after completing the service it's goes in worst case.very poor

The brand is simply pathetic. zero after sales service and they simply steal your phone back. They almost have this racket going on throughout the country where phone servicing has been handed over to small private shops and they will take you phones for repairs and will not give it back! they've kept mine too. I'm about a slap a legal suit now.

MiCROMAX SMARTPHONE! wow its a nice and affordable by everyone, however the service center is totally hopeless. if the company take customer feedback it will be very nice for bright future prospect.in other hand should be more complicate about mobile security like anti theft such as IMEI tracing for any micromax phone and bettery backup very poor. if this features is implement it would be superb. about anti theft havent seen so far. otherwise it is very good & leading moble company. why we should go for another branded phone which is same features in Micromax ?
