This is supposed to be an entry level phone but comes along with mid range phone specs
Compared to the Lumia 520 it has 4Gb to the Lumia 520 8Gb phone memory but has DOUBLE the ram @ 1Gb
Both have a 5Mp camera and NO secondary camera
The Blade Q Mini Dual Core processor has the same clock speed as the Iphone5S so above that of 520 1GHz
Albeit 2 years after, the specs then would make it a mid range to mid high phone if released then.
It is a 3G phone and then some
