Anonymous, 10 May 2025I've been using Linux for the last 20 years and clueless people are trying to educate me ... moreFound a bragger.
Anonymous, 21 May 2025Wonder when and where I can download it and try it on my spare PC or emulate it in VMware.HarmonyOS— Being a closed-source operating system, you probably won't be seeing it on windows-native or macOS-native computers. But, as someone with only a little amount of knowledge on Huawei, I am not a hundred percent sure what I said is accurate. Please check sites you trust before ACTUALLY believing me.

I stopped reading at Zhu Dongdong lol
FlameThrower, 13 May 2025Windows has Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) so it's definitely Linux too apples and oranges.
windows does not need to run userspace linux containers to run drivers, and the ability to be compatible with Linux blobs/syscalls are not design goals of windows
MrSTTEK, 10 May 2025It is really Linux... It even has SELinux...Windows has Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) so it's definitely Linux too
Anonymous, 11 May 2025Hope you're not from India. Have you seen what the J10C did to Rafales? xD😂😂 You know how embarrassing it is for a J10 costing a quarter of a Rafale to jam its signal mid-air and then shoot it down? Now they have 2 6th Gens, I feel for Taiwan.
ITiswhatITis, 12 May 2025Wow, this looks like a macOS ripped off, but, hats off to Huawei for being able to build every... moreAgreed 🤝🏾
I love how it can look like macOS and Windows, and how it beats them all in animation. They took the best of both worlds and made something outstanding.
Hopefully we can access the iso outside of China and in English, would love to run this on a VM.
Anonymous, 12 May 2025So I'm self-inflating just by being a general Linux user? Just because I know more about... moreGod you are getting triggered by it. Yet another Linux user trademark.
xPandamon, 12 May 2025This wasn't specifically about you but Linux users in general. So I'm self-inflating just by being a general Linux user? Just because I know more about Linux because I use it doesn't mean I'm self-inflating.
Anonymous, 10 May 2025How exactly am I self-inflating? There are people here who thinks they know what Linux is but ... moreThis wasn't specifically about you but Linux users in general.
Vegetaholic, 11 May 2025Yeah and will be as good as Windows XP in 2025. Mate get the reality check, chinese down know ... moreand what do you mean by "down know"?
Wow, this looks like a macOS ripped off, but, hats off to Huawei for being able to build everything on their own even after the big US ban way back 2018. Look where they are now, though Huawei devices are seen on limited numbers nowadays outside China due to being no longer Android OS, Huawei is still freakin big in China and IoT. Much like how ZTE is doing with their RedMagic(now also the number 1 gaming smartphone brand as per ZTE MWC 2025 per sales) and nubia line of devices now expanding their market share successfully, but with unique innovations like UDC, Si/C battery, complex cooling, triggers etc.
Anonymous, 09 May 2025Wow, hopefully installable for regular desktops/laptops.Yeah and will be as good as Windows XP in 2025. Mate get the reality check, chinese down know how to do OS's 🙂
Anonymous, 11 May 2025Nope. It doesn't run on the Linux kernel but on its own Microkernel. Selinux is a borrowe... moreOr at least it is running multiple user-state Linux containers interacting with kernel through ABI shim..
Anonymous, 11 May 2025Nope. It doesn't run on the Linux kernel but on its own Microkernel. Selinux is a borrowe... moreIt is included, new videos from China bloggers has entered the terminal of media machine and confirmed.
FKN LOL, its only coming for new huawei laptops? I thought to all desktops/laptops running windows right now.
Oh well, utterly useless then.
Anonymous, 09 May 2025USAID era is long gone. Time to rise and shine, grandpa. Now you're wrong. That program didn't stop, but was channeled towards a fewer objectives. Instead of lgb.... and other things like that, money are now pumped into coup d'etats
MrSTTEK, 10 May 2025It is really Linux... It even has SELinux...Nope. It doesn't run on the Linux kernel but on its own Microkernel. Selinux is a borrowed component in Open harmony and not sure if it is even included in HarmonyOS PC. They've introduced a new component called Starshield to handle security.
