So this only supports 3 years of OS updates while their cheaper phones are now at 5? How’s that work?

Based on all of the PAST releases, there was no SD card. Most likely Flipkart or whatever that website is, is using place holder specs.
Why would they suddenly introduce SD card slot to a phone series that is known for not having SD card slots?

It's not even a text spec that you could write it off as a minor mistake, it's part of those spec slides photos. Either it's a big mistake from them or it has 1tb sd card support as it says. Very nice. Curious what they will do with the neo version.

Great price for the device. Way better than A36 or A56 and still cheaper.

LGs, 24 Mar 2025Old Fusion 30 beat both in CPU.And the Edge 40 Fusion (Thinkphone) had a SD 8+g1. Ever since the last generation (50) the Fusion has been downgraded. The 7sg3 would have been perfect for this phone, but I guess it was too expensive. I wouldn't be surprised if even the 6g4 has better benchmarks than the D7400.

I just prefer wired one because I feel more convenient with it. I used to have wireless earbuds and mouse because I'm curious what makes it better than wired other than because it has "no cables". Guess what? I can't find any, so I'm selling them to my friends and go back to the wired one.

Flipkart's edge 60 fusion page literally says it has SD card support upto 1 TB. I really got excited when I saw that. I am sure you will be too, when you read my comment.

Whilst the chipset is a MediaTek 7400, the A78 and A55 are still pretty efficient especially on a 4nm fabrication. The Neo 50, had a MediaTek 7300 and the reviews on it's general performance was good. I was expecting a SD 7s Gen 3 though. I wonder what the forthcoming Neo 60 will have.

It is not important until it is. SD cards are great. 3.5mm jack is not important though as now we have wired earphones with type C.
