It's just simple, since the hardware from S24U and S25U are mostly the same, they can only differentiate it via software/firmware. So if they release it with S24U before the S25U, then no one will buy S25U since there are mostly the same are some are even downgrade e.g. (S-Pen).

I just never liked One UI from the start. It's miles better than touchwiz, but it's too colorful in the wrong way. Reminds me of MeeGo.

My guess is . . . they want folks to buy the s25. more difficult to sell once the one ui is on all the s24's due to the incremental update (if at all, depending what you're into).

last year forked out for S24 Ultra and the AL features were released on the S23 before the phone was back at Samsung, this year S25 minor update and UI 7 delayed

How do you think these billion dollar companies get so big? They take advantage of consumers who are bombarded with images of the rich and famous with fancy material belongings. And everybody wants a piece. They give it to you at a stupid price, gaslight you with fancy terms that only a few people actually understand so you *think* you've got something special, and you lap it up at the expense of thousands of people at the bottom of the rung making this stuff. Rinse and repeat!
Complain about it all you want. Sorry to break it to you but the only thing they care about is the bottom line and there's always another sucker ready to take your place.

I guess s24 ultra will be the last phone that I will have with samsung. Their software update is so fucking awful, it leaves everyone hanging as always. All these inconsistencies pile up and they tend to make us loyal samsung fans switch to other brands. Foook you sammy

People with S24U should not get depressed, but wait patiently. You will get the promised 7 OS. Just 1 week before the seven years expire, you will get 7 consecutive updates to A21.
