Sad to see that you make zero references/comparisons to the Redmi Buds 5 pro - it would be great to know of upgrades (if any) the new headphones received.

Cuz the battery of the case doesn't last very long, it only charges the ... moreIt's just yours, my battery in the case lasts for 3 charges which makes me come to my next sentence about "Xiaomi claims you can expect up to 36 hours of battery life from the buds and their case.". The 36h mark is so far fetched, no buds making company can achive real 36h, Apple advertises 36h, but all I ever gotten was 20h. For me these can last me the whole entire day twice, 10h without ANC, but 6-7h with ANC on, around 18-22h I get from these buds.

Is it just mine? Cuz the battery of the case doesn't last very long, it only charges the buds like twice and it's drained

I moved from Airpods Pro second gen which we're heavily degraded in battery and transparency destroyed, overall switching to Xiaomi Ecosystem and I am honestly surprised for 72 euros, these beat APP2 in ANC by a good margin, the battery is better than when the airpods were new, connects fast, multipoint, case feels a lot more premium, no need the app to tell what the case is at in terms of battery. But one thing's bad is that the case battery is poor, granted airpods case couldn't get more than 20 hours of playback ever , these are insane value, and really good!!

I moved from OnePlus buds & Redmi Buds Active 4 to these. These are my first ANC buds, very impressed. Perfect with my Redmi K80. They could have been cheaper imho, bought them for 80€. Love them!

I got 5 pro, my wife got cmf buds pro 2 by nothing. CMF eats redmi out of water by every possible way. Wife's cmfs made my redmi buds feal lik 10$ cheap knockoff.
Sound better, noise cancelation better, connection better, app better, ui better, ux better, finish better.
I am literally afraid to touch anything in xiaomi earbuds app, as it will break earphones that by default connect, disconnect, connect again, and every time I pause I have to wait 5 secconds for sound to start. I do not even dare to click anything in settings or apps as it will break completly (no volume control, locked at 50%, only one earbud works, not connecting at all....) simply not worth it.

PorkHotdog, 02 Feb 2025Bought from xiaomi.com. ass products. Even their portable charger just stopped working Which country were you in to be able to order directly from xiaomi.com? My own experience with Xiaomi products which included but not limited to phones, wired & wireless earbuds, chargers, powerbanks, smart pet feeder and cctv camera are mostly positive. All bought through xiaomi official store on a major e-shopping platform btw.

I bought them immediately after the release. As an audiophile who uses IEM earphones only, I wanted something budget friendly for using in some occasional cases when I can't use cable, but I just couldn't keep them. Soundwise, two things are big no for me - the PZT drivers add distortion to music, these are definetely not implemented correctly and the amount of mid bass that bleeds into to the midrange makes mid tone and vocals muddy. I accept that separation of the instruments and overall clean sound is hard to find in TWS earphones, especially in this price range, but tuning and timbre is not good at all, so I don't recommend those to someone who value more natural and neutral sound. I can compare those to Redmi Buds 4 Pro and Xiaomi Buds 3T and both sounded definetely better than the Redmi Buds 6 Pro. One more thing, the nozzle is bigger in diameter and shorter so it's harder to get a good seal/isolation.

The only issue I had with it is that I couldn't adjust the way it sounded. While it was "okay" sounding, it wasn't what I loved. But it survived for almost 2 years before the left buds battery became trash and the right bud became very silent. Could be because they fell from my ears a couple of times and go accidentally tossed across rooms. Overall, they were an okay pair of buds. I moved to the Redmi buds 6 lite and these sound better out of the box. I just miss a few features from the buds 4 pro. Also, I never like the ANC, they only gave the feeling of being trapped in your head with a lot of pressure on your ear canal. It always made me nauseous. It's the same thing for this buds 6 lite, just a bit lighter.
