People now a days have a tendency to complain about everything. Gemini live is not like google assistant and so far i have found it faster than usual assistant for asking questions and making conversations.

I dont even use any assistants. And AI stuff only on pictures for upscale stuff and cirlce search.

Its just renamed Google Assistant, as it still have the same issues, its still not very useful if you want to do something outside google ecosystem(if use different apps for social/media/messages/schedule) but even in that goggle app ecosystem, it often so incompetent that its quicker to just do things manually, or open app and there use speech-to-text.

My gut tells me that Google will use their "Google ads" as reference and monetization for their Gemini AI to be "free".
So we are gonna get served with Google's fake & scam ads as reference while at the same time the AI will hallucinate.
