That's one of the few features that I like about iPhones.
Hope more Android companies follow this trend.

They showed it 'worked' with iPhones. If it's MagSafe or even Qi2 certified, it can at least charge at the 25W/15W speeds that it should charge at.
I found wireless car chargers very practical for very long time and used them for years during my commutes. however, my mind has shifted otherwise after using my phone for more productivity and with wireless android auto. I see that; wireless screen mirroring, GPS navigation, music streaming, split screen for teams meeting and wireless charging heats up the battery a lot. even sometimes, the phone stops charging or split screen multi-task. even with basic usage like GPS navigation, music streaming with wireless charging heats up a lot. so, I recommend using android auto with wired charging. I also set an auto-mode to disable fast charging when maps is opened.
