Interesting how many people here seemingly already have die shots to judge that the A18 is just an A17 on a different node and that there has been no redesign to any aspect of the chip whatsoever. Which is even more interesting when you consider that N3E is not backwards compatible with N3B. Must be truly an engineering marvel of Apple to use the same layout on two nodes that are incompatible with each other.

When will Apple introduce their own 5G? Intel sold the division in 2019 and after 5 years modem chip is still in works

PatrickCzech, 10 Sep 2024I nevěr saw diference between 60/90/120 Hz. Whever it is iPhone/Android/mac.Kinda wild honestly. After using 120Hz, slower refresh rates seems so easy to pick upon, I can't go back to 60Hz. Sure it consumes more battery but it feels so smooth and satisfying

yemko, 09 Sep 2024I see 8gen3 graphics levelMaybe 8 gen 2 or up to 8s gen 3 not more.
Still on paper like always will be impressive. But paper score does not impress anyone.
Try to run from 100% untill batery is depleted Assasins creed, Diablo Immortal, Forza Motosport, Homkai Star rail, Genshin impact, Forge of Empires or Clash of lords on Apple 16 pro max, S24 Ultra, Google pixel 9 Pro, Motorola edge 50 ultra, Asus rog 8 pto or Nubia red magic 9s pro plus and some other flagshiop phones i forgot.
                    And check the results.
Bet first to deplete will be apple also its gets worst results i.e. will laggs like hell when battery will be at 20% or so after several hours of continuous gaming. Most other phones too probably.

Literally everything that has been on Android for years is tinkering into iOS.
