A 6.36" 2670x1200 display would mean display width 66.24 mm. The difference is only 5 mm. For phones with fully flat displays, the difference is usually 6 mm+. The minimum I have seen so far is S24 which has 5 mm bezels. If Moto can provide such a level of engineering then it would be mighty impressive.
As far as OS updates are concerned, Edge 50 Pro and even Edge 50 fusion have 3 years of promised updates. But for some reason, they are giving only 2 updates for Edge 50. I hope Edge 50 Neo falls in the former category.

The soc is more up in the air but I feel like it's probably true. I don't think they'd give it the same chip as the edge 50. The software updates though I really doubt.

Wow! This is the first midranger in a long time that doesn't seem to have any chinks in its Armor and I will be wholeheartedly willing to recommend. I just hope the following rumoured specs pan out:
Fully flat display
Dimensity 7300 (and not 7Gen1 like Edge 50)
3 years of OS updates

And not everyone have minimum 700USD for a buy a small Hi Class phone !
This phone it's comparable with maximum midrange A Series Lineup not S class.

50 neo has triple cam and 1200p screen.
Obviously above 50 Fusion.

Somewhat similar dimension with the Edge 30 Neo, just a little longer than the 30, with bigger screen, better specs, so maybe... we could actually expect an actual successor to the Edge 30 Neo? Which is a great thing.

Finally a Normal phone 6.36" Slim , 20:9 format it's a direct Attack to the Middle Class Phone Sam! Because Sam don't have any phone small and light in middle A Series A55 it's very heavy and big display A35 the Same an have ugly format from Apple phone 19:5:9! Congratulations Moto!
