TechJocky, 28 Jul 2024Other models have weaker chips. Flip6 has less battery pack but thinner and more durable. Yes, weaker chip but barely noticeable in real world performance since it's fast enough for majority users. No one bothers to play demanding games on flip phones, especially with pathetic heat management and subpar battery life in Galaxy flip phones. Oppo optimised the Dimensity chip in N3 flip for efficiency. They also put the same cameras from Oneplus 11 and optimised it to achieve near flagship level of photography. That matters for most users, except for Samsung fanboys.

while the performance is close in some ways compared to the flip, the charging makes it far better with 67watts

The battery widget is a bit buggy. Sometimes the other phones just show 'h' instead of their active use scores and I'd have to refresh a few times to see the scores for the other phones.

This is NOT a factor in this test.
It's NOT about WHO has the biggest battery yutes; it's how yeuh using it!
Bredren it's the FW and how it's calibrated for battery management for several tasks.
THAT'S why we're seeing differences in Calls, videos& gaming times vary here.

Good decision of mine that I choose Oppo N3 Flip rather than Samsung Flip 5 because of the bigger/better battery life,much better camera set-up, and much better build quality. Sometimes we have to compare not by brand but by specifications. ☺️

I debloated everyth... morethe thing is, EVERY phone takes a week or two to get optimal battery life, so this is out of the question. poco f6 has poor battery life in every battery test ive seen, even here on gsmarena. Realme GT6 with 500mAh more but also a bigger and brighter display reaches almost double the battery life...

Anonymous, 28 Jul 2024crazy how poco f6 has such horrible battery life compared to even a flip phone with less capacity..This is anecdotal but I'm getting pretty good battery life on the F6. I debloated everything initially as I got the phone and now I get 6-7 hours SoT with medium to heavy use. Pubg at 90fps runs for about 4.5-5 hours continuously until battery runs out. I've read on the forums that it takes a week or two for the phone to adapt and optimise battery usage.

mix flip is a new device and Razr has been making their flip for a few generations now so they know how to optimise it

teez, 28 Jul 2024weird battery life tests, i am very sceptical about the claimed moto50 It has the same chips... moreIt doesn't have the same chipset. The Z Flip 6 have the SD 8G3, while the Razr 50 have the weaker SD 8s G3

It has the same chipset and battery as the flip but has a bigger screen yet scores a lot higher
while the xiaomi has a much larger battery yet score worse.
The only think that makes sense is GSMarena made some error with the moto razor 50

Why should Xiaomi introduces almost all of their products in China. I understood they based in China, but Xiaomi is global brand, why not make it different.
