The one included here isn't part of the defective produc... moreBetter be safe than sorry later on since they are pretty being fabricated with the same fabbing machine so chances are it'll happen & since laptops sell less volumes compared to cpu's on pc builds specially those buying volumes of them for servers w/c means less coverage of failures.
