It is aimed at a children's audience, so it is as safe, educational and harmless as the songs that play on Sesame Street. In any case, musical creativity must have some limit taking into account the countless songs that exist to this day.

Because if you tell AI to create music it will do a mix of existing melodies due to the fact that AI is not really an intelligence, it is just an algorythm using existing information to give an answer. Only a human being is creative and can think of a new melody or rythm. But even if it wasn't AI I think it would sound the same since society is too lazy nowadays and focus lies on how much money you can squeeze out of your audience.

I can't say if this is a new Kpop band from the one Samsung collaborated with last year or newer. I heard the song last week on Samsungs YT channel right after product launches , thought it was done in house.
