Why do they not make a rubber slider/flap for the vent? Can save a lot by stopping water flowing in.

I won't buy a RM phone
Its software is just bad and it lack of updates + after a couple months snapdragon 8gen4 is around the corner to. And i bet they released the RM 10 series in November already.

Yes you can import it but for sake of spare parts and possible repairs its not a very vise idea.

They should provide at least 4 OS updates, otherwise it is not worth it at this price, even 300 euro phones have a better update policy.

I personally don't need a gaming phone. For me these kind of phones are the most useless things ever invented. I wouldn't give up on my Steam Deck Oled or Switch Oled for something like this. This is one of the reasons why they sales number is very poor in Europe

I can't even recommend the regular nubia Z series as a daily driver, let alone Red Magic series. These phones are tailored for gaming. The software is okay, but nothing interesting other than bunch of gaming features based on my experience.

If you're not a heavy gamer, a Redmagic phone is not a good choice. Most people are better off with something that has better cameras, screen and cameras, a jack-of-all-trades device. This is gaming phone and that's about it.

I definitely have no interest in the Pro+ version despite 16/24GB RAM. I'm more than happy to take a bigger battery over ridiculously overkill wired charging speed.
The only thing that bothers me is whether the 9S Pro is a better buy than the 9 Pro. Yes, the 9S Pro has an improved cooling solution. But the 9 Pro shows an utterly impressive battery endurance rating, leading the pack in front of the also equally impressive Sony Xperia 1 Mk6.
