Imagine what could be achieved without sanctions from sore losers.

If they create something to Rival Apple E cores then they are on right track.

                  Developing an advanced mobile SoC is not a joke but huawei is doing phenomenal work,look at how badly Google struggles even after having access to best opportunities.
