What they don't understand that putting factory in CHINA and producing the products in china , as labor is cheaper in china and distribution is also easy from china does not means that the products like Nokia , apple are compromising with their quality and they had removed their quality team or they are not testing their hardware or they don't have spare parts to repair your mobile phones.
Whereas MICRO-MAX the great Indian manufuc**rer does not makes Mobiles in Factory rather goes to a small Chinese manufacturer buy mobiles parts from them (Does Not Imports the full mobile to save duty ) , and assembles it without putting much to R&D and testing and gives to the customer (SURE NOTHING LIKE SUCKING ANY THING) and the mobiles are so cheap quality that they get faulty very soon

micromax has some of the best smartphones available however they really need to do something about servicing if they need to survive in India. the staff taking care of complaints is pathetic, they cant even speak..

Micromax phones r OK compared to the price of its competitor's. But its service is utterly poor. The service centre executives including females r manner less to speak. Customer care does not know what they r blabbrring when entertaining any complaints. Mmx has toconcentrate on this first. Or else d phones r OK given d budget n price.
