Minu, 06 Jun 2024I'm pretty sure it's 13MP upscaled to 108MP, as usual lolTechnically it's the reverse, 108MP downscaled to 12MP (pixel binning) because the raw 108MP image is too shitty to be useful for anything other than bright daylight.

Phones like these aren't even worthy to be considered "replacements" to older flagships, at least

A75 cores, 12nm Fabrication and a weak-ass GPU. eMMC being the cherry on top.
G99 is a much more capable chip and should be the minimum one should consider (along with UFS 2.2) if they plan to keep their phone for 2-3+ years. Sure the cost would go up, but I don't think it will go up by a lot, and should be well worth it.

Never mind that the first thing you need to do is to have the battery change and is there even a chance to get a battery for these 4-7 years old phones. That probably also cost another 100 euro so is it really worth it ?
For 200 euro it should at least have 5G even tough that is not needed.
I think also it's expensive for that money as a standard Redmi that use to be 100 euro phone. With these specs 150 euro would be fair price for 8/256GB version
