Samsung does use 4gb module for note 3, but the available ram is 2833MB.

why not? you can use a monochrome phone instead if you hate phones with high spec...it's cheap and has nothing to troll about...

p.s. 3 GHz speed is well neigh impossible these days, though the HTC One max might be able to clock up to 2.3 GHz, and 4 GB of RAM..what the hell do you need so much power for anyway!!!

Phone must have 10-12 G.B of Application storage
intetnal memory that of 32 gb & xpandble upto 64
phone must have 21 megapixel HD camera with front that of 7 megapixel
Phone must have slow-motion video recoding
phone must have air-guesture & eye-guesture.......
