Mediatek lost it. Dirty tactics, keep refreshing names indicating that new chipsets are better than old numbers, but it's same crap, duck Mediatek.

Anonymous, 16 May 20248200 was using 5nm , 8250 is using 4nm maybe a reduction in power savingWrong. It was the 8100 which used 5nm. 8200 used 4 nm

Compare at their website D8200 and D8250, just copy paste from old one to new one.
Then add some non mention info from D8200 to D8250 page, and we're done (we have accomplished making new product).
Cross finger hoping people won't notice anything (whistling).
Once in a while Mediatek wants to be a clown doing something silly like this. Lol

I don't understand what is different compare to 8200...

9300+ I'm ok, the "+" is linked to extra frequency (CPU and AI).
Here, it's not even 8200+ but 8250 and I'm still see no difference.

There isn't any change in it , just the same . But might beat 7 gen 3 and 7+gen 3 easily

New one has 50 in its name & it's a huge change in itself,no need for any other changes as rest bit is less important😆

The biggest weakness of the 8200 was the ISP, so this update kinda makes sense. For example, the Xiaomi 13T Pro can shoot better video than the 13T. Though, I wished the update was bigger, e.g. more modern GPU architecture, as on the 8300.
