I thought that HTC was dead by the time that the Wildfire E star came out.
It will be good if they make comeback in India through online sales.
HTC is not in India, but it was the best and the most durable phone at the time. There were no complaints or zero defects in phones. We really miss HTC.
Hope it gets a better review here than last years U23 Pro. I'm still using my HTC One A9 I bought on black friday in 2016, but some apps no longer work on it due to being android 7. I'm leaning towards the ASUS ROG 8 Pro but if the upcoming HTC U24 Pro gets a good review I might go with it. I have to have the 3.5mm jack!

My first smartphone was the HTC One M7, loved it.
The problem with HTC is that they’re asking too much … it’s overpriced device again without any special features like boom speakers or quality audio.
HTC was my first ever and 2nd android phone with the T-Mobile G1 and then HTC Hero respectively. It's so sad what has happened to them.
