I hope Huawei succeeds. I remember when they announced just a few years ago on releasing their phone in the U.S. and then the US decided to get petty and ban them.

Average consumers either don't know about price-to-performance or just like overpaying. I have an XR and it tears chatting up. I use Discord for up to 4 hours a day and A12 handles it like a champ. Gaming however, A14, Exynos 1480 (RDNA2) or a SD865 (Adreno 650) is better suited.

Those who uses their phone for heavy gaming or some kind of emulation is just 2% of the users. The rest are just use their phone for something like scrolling on social media, taking pictures, or chatting, something that you can do smoothly on a $400 phone.

the only weak point of this fabulous smartphone is its chipset!! certainly Huawei manages to resume the manufacturing of its in-house Hisilicon chip but it is 3 years late compared to the latest Qualcomm chip, but for 90% of users this will be sufficient especially since it is a phone focused on photography and this point is the master of the place!! Huawei is a major player in the world of smartphones and unfortunately because of Uncle Sam, European users were deprived of Huawei's know-how and the presence of Huawei in Europe brought a big plus for consumers because thanks to Huawei, apple and Samsung and the others have been forced to innovate in photography, I hope that Huawei will get through it and manage to catch up in the chip section but that doesn't just depend on him, all the hopes of Huawei and the Republic of China are turned towards the SMIC foundry but without authorization to import the machines capable of manufacturing the 5nm chips they have to manufacture them on their own but it is already a big step forward for the company SMIC because few people bet on them at the time but they managed to produce a 7nm chip on their own, well done!!
