The company may not quitting smartphones, but they rebrand generic phones and slap their brand and call it a day.
this is so devastating really.

Just keep making phones, I love the Meizu Note series in the past, forget the flagship and focus on the low end and mid range like this. Thank you for coming back to make the Note series again.

I hope those images aren't real. Meizu used to be quite good at designing their own distinctive phones.

Also the ever-present issue of almost no US band support - 3 bands is too little.

Meizu use to be unique but now with first go with the samsung/sony style camera and now going with Apple camera island solution that makes it look really ugly cheap China trash
Meizu M6s was in my what to buy list in 2018 when i waited to spring and bought redmi note 5 AI and i also liked Meizu 16 with enough bezel and had camera in the bezel but was still flagship so out of my range of interest or the amount i am willing to pay for a phone. Year ago i got my most expensive on my life as 410 euro phone and paid in full on day of order. I am more for the type to go with 200-250 euro phones as if it breaks then buy new one. But these last at least 3 years before something breaks.
Also these use to be slow but now budget phones something G99 or sd695 will last more something 3-5 years running most apps well on old android
