Anonymous, 16 Mar 2024Currently having Watch 4, Watch 5 Pro is tempting due to big battery, titanium body and sapphi... moreThey kind of downgraded the alloy material, battery in Watch 6 Classic to ensure the price range is exciting for the buyers who would like to embrace Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic with much bigger screen (which is the main reason for battery drain IMO) with very high brightness along with BP/ECG functions OTB. Compared to Apple watch Ultra, Watch 6 Classic LTE 47mm seems to be great value for money if you can tolerate its battery.

I am not buying it if it has battery enemy WearOS. Can someone tell me, what WearOS has that TizenOS doesn't? 50% power efficiency cannot reach 45 days of only watch mode of Galaxy Watch 3 45mm which I am using at the moment.

If they really make some good improvements will trade my Watch 6 Classic for a new one from Watch 7 series. But it isn't too bad as you complain. Heavy and premium watch that looks really cool.

I was having first edition of Galaxy Classic BT for 7-8 years served me well. Now bought Watch 6 Classic LTE 47mm from USA but using in India which is refusing to update firmware and patch beyond November 23, which practically means no BP measures. Though the watch looks cool in hands the prices are becoming outlandish just for showing time and tracking steps. Rest all bogus features. I bought Ultra 2 LTE 49mm which is no better than its Chinese copycats which are available at 1/20th of the price almost same features minus LTE and Titanium frame.
My Apple Watch Ultra 2 LTE battery is lasting longer than 36 hours and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47mm last just about 24 hours. My usage is very average in terms making calls, sending or using messages, fitnes tracking etc

Apple has integrated Google 100% into everything. Siri and the rest wouldn't work without Google's snooping in your personal health. Samsung is distancing itself as far as it can from Google, generally picking Microsoft services over Google services, if available.

My friends galaxy watch doesnt even last 2 days before it n... moreI get four days, 100+ hours, of battery life on my nearly two years old Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. With always-on display and full automatic exercise and health tracking. No power saving modes. Show me a similarly sized watch getting anywhere near that in battery life.
If 50% increase in stamina is true, the Galaxy Watch 7 Pro could very well reach a full week per charge. Which is nearly a full week better than any competitor.
