This isn't real. The president of Oneplus Li Jie (Louis) posted a message on his own Weibo account with a link to this picture saying. 'Thanks for your attention but why is this different from what I have?'

OnePlus Club (the people who posted the render on Twitter) have clarified that this render is actually a fan made render.
So it's probably fake.
