It's you who should learn how the real world workss. Imagine how complex it is to manufacture an OLED display, how much transportation, raw materials, research go into it, and it's still $20. All the things you are talking about are extremely cheap on a scale compared to the cost of manufacturing display. So yes, if the cost of replacement is $300 and the cost of display is $20, Apple enjoys more than $250 of pure profit on that.
