There&#... moreyou mean they only gonna sale flagships or basic entry phone ? that doesn't make sense in the android market as each company is trying to sell so many models to serve everyone = getting a bigger customer base = bigger share and hoping for more staying / loyal customers .
if C55 has no significant difference, then it's essentially A55 for chinese market.

But still, A73 was launched in 2022 at $600 which is higher than S23 FE ($550) in 2023. Having an A series priced higher than S FE series won't make sense, so yeah, A73 could the last of A7x series.

It would great if phone companies change their strategies, though. Imagine a world where we can buy phones with customized parts like a built-up PC/laptop, and we can upgrade core OS (Android) versions without waiting for software update from the phone company or we can choose to install the monthly security patches only.

There's no A73 I think because if there were, the price would've been the same as S2xFE series or even S2x series. And now A5x's price is getting closer to A7x series, in a few years Samsung would've no choice but to kill the A5x series as well. Then A3x will have the same fate in a few more years and so on.

All android smartphone company need to take a deep breath,chill and take some water.They are pushing out way too many phones, every company should release a good phone for budget, midrange and flagship class,they should take their time and make the phone great and release maximum of two of each class every year,if they are good and reasonably priced they would be competitive and sell for sure.
The fact that there are so many options are no longer an advantage,for example one phone model from one company having like 10 versions 🤮 Infinix, I'm looking at you

F series and M series are for indian markets, with lower cost. Big screen, big battery, but no water resistant, no stereo speakers,
