my low-entry 110 dollar Infinix 120Hz often shows more fluidity than my iPad mini 2021 with its 60Hz although there is rare hiccups.
It is the slower animation on iOS/iPadOS that helps perceived smoothness, but 60Hz is 60Hz.

Some leaks said it will have a dedicated shutter button, because that's EXACTLY what people want right now.
