The only weak point of the Galaxy A25 is that it does not have a pin hole front camera, just like the Galaxy A35 will have. In 2024, Samsung still using the notch on low-end devices is starting to be a problem.
Remembering that the Galaxy A21 and Galaxy A21s had a pin hole front camera.

As muc... moreExactly, most people fall for Samsung's marketing about software updates in the mid range segment, and reviewers keep pushing it because they only test those units for a couple days and go back to their flagships. There is no point from a 4 or 5 years software updates with a weak chip set that will get slower after one are two software updates.

potato4k, 20 Jan 2024Some people requires SD slot and/or headphone jack, and the poco don't have those. Simple... morePoco come with 512gb rom and u can always get 3.5mm to usb c jack, for 3$. But u can't get screen, soc, camera, charging speed etc. Not triggered, just realistic.

What I like about the new Samsung is that the edge (rim) is slightly thicker. If the device falls flat, it can distribute the impact energy better on the frame and the damage to the display will be less.
I never liked the colors that much, my dad's a52s was too poppy, but my mom's A34 got better. The A34 is acceptable.
Still prefer the Panasonic digital camera colors.
I prefer the side finger print readers because they are slightly recessed, better protected and they may use less energy.

Nonsense.
Side mounted scanner works much faster and better, than under the screen, more so when have screen protector - try it yourself - side mounted is way better.

justasmile, 20 Jan 2024You can go for A25 for longevity, Poco X6 for everything else. Your choice.I don't think the exynos 1280 will hold up well after all those updates and stuff. As much as software is important, raw performance is also needed in the long run.

The reviewer might not like it, but some of us actually prefer the side capacitive scanner.
