is there anyone think samsung AI takes to much your privacy. like the apps can easily read all your conversation, all photos, all voice call and etc just for a sake of realtime translation.

And not because older devices are not able to handle it (they are able), but because sales and stuff like that.
Some people say S23 launch was boring, it was but at least it was not lazy (snapdragon WW and few other small stuff) like the S24 is (because ignoring AI, there is even less new stuff)

S23 FE has the same processor used in S22. So there is a possibility of S22 getting those "AI" features in coming days.
Further S24 has same camera setup used in S23, which itself is not much different from S22. So with almost the same camera and most "AI" features, there is no need for S23 & even S22 users to "upgrade" to S24, imho.

So literally besides AI, the only difference is the builds, configurations, price chipsets (segmentation), displays and cameras. Everything else is quite literally the same. The exclusive AI is the only thing differentiating the S23 family and S24 family.

It's like buying the new phone that can take 20 phones every 5 seconds. Last years phone can do the same 15 every 6 seconds. But with a software update, it can do 20-25 photos every 5 seconds.

Wait, so those features don't really require the NPU that was boasted to be the feature of the new SoCs? They're software only? Hopefully there are further clarification. And if the S23 series will get the same AI stuff, those in Exynos markets might as well get the S23.
