His finger on the left photo that shows the back of the s24u is overlapping to the frame, it's like being edited not actual pure-raw-real photo, it seems the only way to find out is wait and see 3-4days left

Curvatature would still allow wireless charging & the device could now accomodate larger sensors, optics, heat dissapation, speakers etc, or anything else buyers would like (that OEM's claim they haven't got room for like a 3.5mm jack or 2x charging ports, MicroSD card slot, etc.

Ugly... Nope, but it looks like my S23U or my former S22U and S21U. And this i don't like.
If i want the same looking phone each year i could buy Apple, but now Samsung to.
So this year i take another brand for sure even this lovely flat display talks to me.

I'm actually planning to get this phone to upgrade but seeing the design, I might consider taking other flagship from different major brand. Maybe Oppo's latest.

What is left and you don't know about the S24 Ultra (and I don't remember you testing it on the S23 Ultra either) is the PWM freq. Or the signal quality on 4g/5g + wifi speed :) you don't test that either sadly.
