Phone can ... moreLowest standard now is 128 because I doubt a 32gb can handle Android 14 ootb OS files. . My ps2 library eats so much space. And that doesn't include mangas, pdfs/epubs, music and personal photos and videos.
The internal can have all OS updates, security updates and individual app updates.

My music collec... morei have 128gb sd card which has so much music inside. don't worry about it. i'll just copy them into internal storage whenever i have a brand new phone with larger storage. that way, i can keep my old phone with sd card.

For what you need 5, 7 or even 10 years update if you cant update hardware.
No phone no matter what will run your game after 5-10 years.
For example Diablo Immortal. In like 5 years the game will either does not run or will be laggy buggy because hardware wont keeps up.
And for most basic even S3 mini from 2012 can do calls text and brownsing for that you dont need 1000eur phone.
Most people upgrade every 2 years because nobody carry 1000+ eur in pockets for new phone they buy from network carriers on monthly plans which last 2-3 years country dependable. In EU is 2 years.
After that you sell your old phone when it still have value and get a new phone.
Litterary nobody keeps phone for 5-10 years because not even 10 years old apple devices have at least 10 eur worth value and nobody will buy phone that old.

No updates which means your phone gets haked with ease
would be great with 2TB storage and i hope they'll keep the 3.5mm jack. since it's a gaming phone, 3.5mm is important for wired headsets. i can cope without sd slot as long the phone happily fits my large collection of music.
