Agree that, sometimes we choose a phone based on software support from OEM for the money we are spending and i choosed samsung F54 over Poco F5 even though Poco F5 is miles ahead of Samsung F54

Not really, the V29e that looks the same as this, is a much better phone, with a different chipset, namely the Snapdragon 695, an additional ultrawide camera, double the storage (256gb) and a 50mp AF capable front camera instead of the 16mp that the Y200 has.

You mentioned the A34, which has the Dimensity 1080, that was technically released last year, but as I said it, it is a 2 year old SoC, as it's the same thing as the Dimensity 920.
I mentioned the Dimensity 920 and it being a 2 year old chipset because you seemed to have wanted that over the flagship level 7+ Gen 2 that the Poco F5 has, just because of software updates.
Koishi Komeiji, 23 Oct 2023calling Y200 as successor of Y100 is a wrong. there are disadvantages about prices and SoCaverage vivo buyers don't care about it anyway. they only buy them for back design. it is what it is. just don't entertain yourself into buying one. Y series is basically like a rolling dice of phone models. whether you get a low end or midrange. V and X series are the only good series from vivo.

there's nothing special about this phone that can justify the price.
