Note 20 Ultra, 28 Sep 2023It is like Normal Glass vs Saffire Crystal harder the material more fragile that it can break ... moreWhile I agree that aluminum and SS make better phone frame materials where cost and machining are concerned, I gotta clear up this silly misconception about sapphire. While it is true when comparing a single material (e.g. 17-4 SS) that the harder temper (H900) is almost always more brittle than the softer temper (H1150), it is not true that a harder material is always more brittle than a softer one. Sapphire is incredibly tough for how hard it is. Chalk (CaCO3) is both softer and more brittle than your typical silicate rock.

AnonD-1121190, 28 Sep 2023So get 15 plus, remove screen from pro max and put it in the 15 plus 🙂😉Apple wouldn't even let you swap hardware from exact same iPhone models without going thru multiple shenanigans.
Maxalla, 28 Sep 2023Do you think that once the display are swapped, you won’t see an error message? Lolyou won't see an error message. but true tone, face id functionality are pretty much diminished
unless if 15 plus and pro max have different pins for the display..
No worries, as the next software update will sure fix the back screen "unstability" 😂
Why does the glass shatter on the titanium model but not the aluminum? Is it because titanium is harder than aluminum and so the glass has to absorb the energy instead? I never took physics

S23+ with OneUI 5.1 clearly better than my iPad Mini 6 with its 60Hz. Even ppl say OneUI is jittery, 120Hz offsets the jitteriness.
Constantly changing between them and a 14 Pro makes 60Hz feels more sluggish. Even i dont want to turn on power saving mode in 14 Pro/S23+ because it make the phone feels sluggish 🫠
It's not the first iPhone this is happening to. The iPhone 6 failed catastrophically.
It is like Normal Glass vs Saffire Crystal harder the material more fragile that it can break easily if pressed on its weak areas. Titanium is good for watches, but not good for mobiles. Already an Android Mobile that came in Titanium few years back (One of the Google founder designed it)
