As harsh as it is, if it runs Android I personally won’t buy it. And there are a lot of people who are the same but with iOS.
The 13t line is too big. There should also be a more compact model with the dimensions of the vanilla iPhone 15 (the most sold smartphone worldwide).
An outdoor Smartphone from Xiaomi would also be quite interesting.
yet another version of a pointless base model to make the pro more compelling because it actually has reasonable specs, not that a dimensity chip would lure me in.
13t pro is overpriced... but where i live i can get the k60 ultra for a decent price
I cant recommend Mediatek. They run ok at the beginning, but as the phone gets older, you get a lot of lags and slowdowns even in navigating around Android .. my Oneplus Nord 2 ran really fast at first, but now its just so laggy
13T without 60fps support is a scam in itself. Since these are upper midrange phones, it is not a wise decision to buy it.
Poco F1 with $300 price was a steal, 4K 60fps was a nice feature.
Ddio, 01 Oct 2023Too much for a low quality tcl c7 display.Oh sure, look at the brand instead of the display's performance. Just continue using your A54 and glow in the Exynos heat.
Would have been interested if they launched a version of the k60 Ultra with the same camera setup as these two but the Chinese version got a significantly worse camera setup. Would have been willing to pay an extra 300-400rmb no problem for the better cameras. The cost for the camera hardware wouldn't be any more than that but unfortunately the Chinese model is more or less a single rear camera phone with the typical 8mp + 2mp support. A pity they didn't give it the screen of the Poco F5 pro/Redmi k60/Redmi k60 pro too. The screen on this is definitely of lower quality than the Poco F5 pro/k60 when you compare them side by side. I think it's a fair price in Europe, not particularly good value but not particularly bad value either. The imx707 is one of the best main sensors in this price category though. Nice to see they upgraded it from the imx800
Too much for a low quality tcl c7 display.

Its not as simple as just taking a phone from China and put it on sale elsewhere.
The first T series am interested in.
The Chinese version is so much cheaper, it feels like a scam to pay so much more for the international version...
xiaomi 13 series would be appealing if it had OneUI.
MIUI isn't as bad as people make it out. It works fairly well and is very smooth. But doesn't feel as coherent and polished as it should.
And this makes the 13T Pro interesting, because it has the specs of the flagship 13 series, but at a lower price, essentially making them "value flagships". I think this lower price makes MIUI acceptable in the 13T Pro.
(There's also the fact that xiaomi guaranteed 4+5 years of updates for the 13T series, which is great and all but we'll have to wait and see if xiaomi keeps their words)
And lastly, I'd say the 13T seems pale compared to its bigger brother. D8200 is nice and efficient but.... come on! Just get the one with faster chip and charging.
Anonymous, 01 Oct 2023No, "Value for money" is not something with the price of 600+EUR and without a 3.5mm... morePrices vary greatly between regions. What you call expensive is vfm phone in my part of the world. The 13T starting at €361 has positively disrupted the market where phones like Vivo V29 (€382) and Realme 11 Pro+ (€402) are getting out of hand overpriced.
This T series is like Samsung FE version even tough still better then FE
I say it cause of the screen size is larger on these T series when just 13 had 6.36inch screen
No, "Value for money" is not something with the price of 600+EUR and without a 3.5mm jack; not for me anyway.
AnonD-546724, 01 Oct 2023"great value for money" Hardly, considering this phone already exist as Redmi K6... moreThe 13T Pro launches at lower prices than last year's 12T Pro. The 13T starts from €361 in my country and about the same in surrounding countries. Its clear that South East Asia is Xiaomi's main focus for market growth, hence the aggressive pricing.
Do that price give me galaxy s23+ please
AnonD-546724, 01 Oct 2023"great value for money" Hardly, considering this phone already exist as Redmi K6... moreDifferent network, 5g might not even work in your country...
justasmile, 01 Oct 2023Damn, the Xiaomi 13T costs just 699$ SGD. That's actually a really good price considering... moreIndonesia is 400 euros..
