Also, on ZTE, after sales or updates might be little to none. So it's maybe cheap in comparison to other gaming phones, but that's not everything

In my location, for the same memory and storage configuration the Z1 is only about $55 less expensive than the Z1 Extreme version, which makes it a terrible deal.

It's currently 850 for a 7 and earlier models are discontinued. The ally is actually almost the same price. Last I saw a ROG 3 going for $500, but that phone has WiFi issues
