Edge 2022 is the best midrange phone imo when on a steep sale (in USA at least) but I don't think Motorola will go there again.

Something is happening.... moreI bought Motorola One Power with 636 SOC (IIRC) in 2018, even that phone can record 4K videos. The videos in log format using the Open Camera or similar app are just wonderful and I like those videos over my Pixel 6 videos. Native camera app doesn't offer stabilization in that cheap phone but you can get very nice stabilized videos using the Open Camera.

spa 695, best chip ever, great cost for quite good performance and great battery life.
I don't need top-of-the-top CPU as I don't need to play 4K 120fps AAA games...

Today, I visited Qualcomm website for more clarification, and it seems there's no mention of video recording specs.
BUT, I clearly remember the video recording specs as "1080p", when it launched.
I think Qualcomm implemented this change taking market feedback, but this is unfair to older owners, who can take to the law against this.
@GSMA Staff: Kindly clarify? You were silent on this in the article...

Anonymous, 01 Sep 2023Coming to Europe?Of course it's coming👍. Even price is known : Motorola G84 = 299€.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo = 399€.
Both are expected to launch in EU during September. Neo will look exactly the same BUT get at least 2 Android upgrades, also same eco leather finish and also coming in red Viva Magenta plus 2 other colours. Neo will have a better Dimensity CPU capable of 4K video and HDR+ and Dolby Vision from YouTube Netflix etc. Cheers from 🇫🇮

This should satisfy all these people who need microsd card slot and also have 3.5mm jack.
But well they will most likely whine about sd695 or no updates so you cant do anything for these people who will never be happy

A34 is at the same price range in most countries, India just has A series extremely overpriced for some reason, that's why F series exist - a cheaper A series alternative for India
