The chipset for European version is Exynos 2400. What about global? Is it SD 8 gen 3? Or MTK D8200?

Solun1, 31 Aug 2023They're not bad processors at all, just not as good as new Snapdragons :DThey are bad considering Samsung is charging the same price (or even higher) for the Exynos versions. If they were cheaper than the Snapdragon versions, then imo people would be more tolerant. But nope.

most dont, and such that could happen with samsung too

although i also dont think will happen with s24 / exynoss 2400 or anytime soon when qualcomm with addition nuvia team baking new chip + tsmc

its hard for samsung, they cant skipping hi-end soc, if ur company own semi-con foundry and also take race in leading the tech, no one wont feel confident with your foundry if u got no product to prove

qualcomm made 8gen1 with samsung because they see samsung viable alternative to tsmc, although after seeing 8gen1+ with tsmc they might change their mind, thus samsung also think they need to improve things, so they skip last year

well there no other way for samsung other than keep trying lol

for user, people can simply ignore phones that dont fit their liking, as there bunch to choice, except diehard samsung fans, that want next release to be as great as they want
