Getting root through Magisk!
To do this, download this file https://drive.google.com/file/d/14nWAI6wuS-VKo-dH5R0xkrJ-b-IHYHLO/view?usp=drivesdk
to your computer.
Switch the tablet to bootloader mode, either through the buttons (with the tablet turned off, hold down volume minus + power), or through the command line:
adb reboot bootloader
And flash this file with the command:
fastboot flash init_boot init_boot_magisk.img
fastboot reboot
After rebooting and loading into Android, download either from 4pda.to or from the Internet the Magisk apk application. Install it, launch it and complete the setup!

I can give review. Display is amazing, high brightness level, reading mode have 2 options, normal and paper, which illustrate book paper material. Build quality is also great, whole metal body, slim, with 3.5mm jack. Speakers are also great, not so loud and with not that great bas, but quality is perfect, very clear. Also when u hold tablet, u dont cover speakers, their position is clever positioned. Back camera is better than the front one, but both are average and perfectly fine for video call. Battery is also ok, with average of 8 hours screen on time. Performance is average, u can experience some glitches here and there, but mine is with 4gb of ram and is maybe cause of that. But everything works fine, netflix, youtube, google... Device have better display, speakers and build quality than budget ipad, im sure 100%. For this price i dont have complaint.

Luckily I opt for Redmi Pad, not this SE version. Now Mi Store in my country is clearing stocks of Redmi Pad, I managed to grab a unit at almost 1/2 of the original price. 18W vs 10W charging, 10-bit vs 8-bit display, and UFS vs eMMC storage. SE looks like a downgrade for me. However, SE version design is indeed better than the predecessor.
