[deleted post]Why? I literally own a phone that has a 8MP ultrawide. Though to be fair I wouldn't use the ultrawide even if it had a flagship sensor, because it's not useful to me at all. Just sayin'. Why are you upset?

Oh also, I guess my suspicions from the G14 reveal was right, they are re-adopting 1080p screens for this series after what happened previously. Good. I can rest well knowing that these phones are going to be good instead of meh.

Anonymous, 04 Aug 2023Gladly motorola is removing useless macro from G series. Now, just remove useless 8MP super wide. Compared to a 2MP macro or depth camera which are pretty much useless, an 8MP ultrawide cam is a lot more useful, although I think they should upgrade the sensor to a 12MP or something.

If the G53 use Snapdragon 480+ chipset, could it be possible that the G54 will be using Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 or 4 Gen 2?
